The Dream Center Ministry Leadership Training Program is a 6-month discipleship and leadership development program designed to equip emerging leaders with practical ministry tools, spiritual growth, and real-world experience.

This program is created for individuals who feel called to serve, lead, and make a lasting impact in their church, community, and beyond. Through hands-on training, mentorship, discipleship, and ministry experience, participants will be empowered to lead with confidence and engage in ministry that transforms lives.

The Ministry Leadership Training Program begins January 13, 2027 and concludes July 13, 2027.

Program Options

Participants may choose between a full-time or part-time program option.

Full-Time Program

The full-time program includes daytime ministry training, hands-on ministry experience, leadership responsibilities, spiritual development, track-specific practicum, and resident life/community development. Housing and meals are included for the full-time program.

Part-Time Program

The part-time program is designed for those who need a flexible schedule. Classes are offered during evenings and weekends and include leadership development, ministry foundations, discipleship, practical ministry experience, track-specific training, practicum/field experience, and curriculum materials.

Training Tracks: Participants will choose a training track that matches their calling and area of interest.

• Outreach & Evangelism: Reach the lost, build meaningful connections, and serve the community through practical outreach and evangelism.
• Recovery Ministries: Support transformation, healing, and freedom through Christ-centered recovery programs.
• Administration & Operations: Develop the behind-the-scenes skills needed to lead with excellence, organization, and integrity.
• Worship & Creative Arts: Use your gifts to inspire others, create meaningful environments, and glorify God through worship and creativity.
• Children’s Ministry: Invest in the next generation through faith, fun, discipleship, and intentional ministry to children.

What You’ll Learn

Through the Ministry Leadership Training Program, participants will:

• Grow in faith and leadership through spiritual development and mentorship
• Learn to serve with love through practical support and advocacy
• Develop skills to lead and make a lasting impact in the community
• Gain hands-on ministry experience
• Receive discipleship and leadership training
• Participate in track-specific ministry development
• Build confidence in their calling and leadership abilities

Important Dates

• December 1, 2026 — Application and deposit deadline to reserve your spot
• January 12, 2027 — Kickoff Launch Service
• January 13, 2027 — Program Start Day
• July 13, 2027 — Graduation/Completion Day

Program Cost

Part-Time Program: $1,200

• $200 deposit required by December 1, 2026 to reserve a spot

Payment Plan:

• Pay in full before January 5, 2027 and receive a discount of $200 savings. Total = $1,000
• OR
• Monthly installments available: Total: $1,200 – $200 (deposit), then $200 upon entry then $200 by the 10th of each month beginning February 10, 2027 to May 10, 2027.

Full-Time Program: $3,600

• $600 deposit required by December 1, 2026 to reserve a spot

Payment Plan:

• Pay in full before January 5, 2027 and receive a discount of $600 savings. Total = $3,000
• OR
• Monthly installment: Total: $3,600 -$600 (deposit), then $600 upon entry, then $600 by the 10th of each month starting with February 10, 2027 to May 10, 2027.
